Mercedes has always had a deep passion for helping others which is what led her to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Using a holistic approach, she allows time to understand each individual’s needs. This enables her to provide a personalized treatment plan designed to address the root cause of the issue.

She uses Craniosacral Therapy (a gentle, full body technique) exclusively for treatment. Through the subtle and gentle nature of this technique, deep change can be achieved. Donna Hudon is a Registered Massage Therapist with over five years of additional Osteopathic training. She uses an osteopathic approach to treatment, engaging the body as a functional unit with the intent to offer lasting change.

Donna attended West Coast College of Massage Therapy and practiced for several years as an RMT. Recognizing that there was much more to learn about the human body, Donna enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2004 and completed the 5th year classes and exams in 2009. She has yet to complete a thesis for her DOMP designation.

Using a blend of various techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, visceral manipulation, and cranial osteopathy, Donna uses a holistic osteopathic methodology to uncover patterns of strain that run through the entire body.

Donna involves clients through education, assessment, and reassessment to measure progress and support long-term rehabilitation.

After 21 years of practice as an RMT in Whistler and Vancouver, Donna is pleased to be back in her hometown serving the people of Penticton.

I will no longer be taking initial appointments with new clients, unless it is for prenatal massage. Thank you for your understanding.

Michelle graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and became registered in British Columbia in 2015. Since then she’s enjoyed taking continuing education courses for pregnancy, visceral manipulation, fascial work and nerve manipulation.

Massage therapy allows you to feel more comfortable and capable in your body. Treatment with Michelle will include evidence based therapy, involving gentle Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, fascial work and muscular energy technique. If deemed appropriate, she also incorporates visceral manipulation in her treatments for better organ health and function.

Michelle’s interests include working with old trauma injuries, nerve pain and visceral dysfunctions so your body can move more freely and create better muscle and joint function. Let’s work towards a happier, healthier body together!
